Coming from a background in art, design and music, I studied Animation at University of Wales in Newport for 3 years before finding employment within the games industry at Blitz / Volatile Games in Leamington Spa, where I have worked since November 2006 until the present day.


I have 3 years industry experience working at a high level with Autodesk Maya and Motionbuilder as well as assisting in live motion capture shoots. I have worked as a character animator and motion capture artist on a wide spectrum of released titles (see gameography on my CV) on Xbox 360 and PS3 as well as Wii and PS2. My experiences have allowed me to explore many styles of animation from extreme cartoony styles to hyper real human movement.


On many projects have I also been responsible for the more technical side of my role, using to build tools to streamline my team’s technical pipelines, and character rigging.
